Side-By-Side LLC Plan Comparisons

Northwest and Bizee offer the following formation packages:
1. Basic Plan: Northwest Special Business Formation Package vs Bizee Basic
- Northwest's LLC S Formation Package ($39 + state fees): You'll receive a fast and comprehensive LLC formation, a free registered agent service for 1 year, mail forwarding, LLC operating agreement, email address & business phone, and privacy by default.
- Bizee's Basic ($0 + state fees): This package includes prepping and filing your LLC documents, a free registered agent for the first year, as well as live chat and phone support.
2. Mid-Level Plan Comparison: Bizee Standard
- Bizee's Standard package ($199 + state fees): - This package includes everything in the basic plan plus an operating agreement, IRS form 2553, EIN, a banking resolution form, lifetime company alerts, a business bank account, and business tax consultation.
3. Top-Level Plan: Bizee Premium
- Bizee's Premium ($299 + state fees): It features everything in the standard plan and is complemented by contract templates, domain name, business email setup, and expedited service. A client was pleased that the application was filed the next day.
When I tested both services, Bizee was noticeably faster out of the gate — they sent my formation documents to the state within one business day, no matter which plan I was on. After that, the state takes its own sweet time, usually one to three weeks.
If you're in a rush, Bizee's Premium plan comes with expedited filing built in, or you can pay a $50 add-on for expedited service on any plan.
Northwest moves at the state's pace and doesn't promise a same-day filing window — expedited options exist in some states, but it's not guaranteed. If getting your LLC up and running quickly matters to you, Bizee has the edge.
