- Bizee’s Silver Plan ($0 + State Fees): The silver plan is $0 per month and includes live chat and phone support, a free registered agent, unlimited name searches, and prepping and filing your LLC documents.

Registered Agent Service
ZenBusiness offers a year of registered agent service for $199. They can serve as your registered agent and provide the legal address and physical address to accept documents on your behalf.
One major difference between both companies is that Bizee offers premium registered agent service free for a year, which is renewable for $119, while Zenbusiness charges an additional fee.
Although you can appoint yourself as your company’s registered agent, I always advise new business owners to employ the services of one for at least a year. This way, you can familiarize yourself with the responsibilities associated with the position.
Venture Smarter recommends Bizee to business owners who have to work around a budget since the company offers the service free of charge.

Apart from the services included in the plans, here are additional features you can avail of:
1. Name Reservation
If you want to reserve your business name, ZenBusiness offers a reservation service for $50 to keep your name for you until you are ready for an official change.
Venture Smarter learned that Bizee does not offer a name reservation service but it features a business name lookup tool to verify if your desired LLC title is available. The price is undisclosed in their official website.
2. DBA Name
If you are planning on using a DBA name for your company, you can contact ZenBusiness [2]. They can help you reserve and register your DBA for $25.
Bizee's price for DBA filing fee is undisclosed, and an additional cost will depend on each state.
3. Register A Trademark
Bizee offers only the services to register a trademark, which not many businesses need, but you can use this as an add-on service for $199 plus federal fees.
ZenBusiness does not offer trademark registration [3].
Customer Service
ZenBusiness offers customer support that can be reached by phone, through email, or via live chat Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm central US time, and Sundays, 10 am to 7 pm.
When I needed to ask about a specific plan, the company’s customer support answered my email within the day.
Bizee's customer support is available by phone Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6pm CST, and can also accept questions through the website request form.
The service was exceptional and the support team answered all my questions.
