Since its founding in 2004, Bizee has helped nearly a million individuals with business formation. The company designed its packages specifically for small business owners.

  • Bizee's Silver ($0 + state fees): This package includes prepping and filing your LLC documents, a free registered agent for the first year, as well as live chat and phone support.

2. Mid-Level Plan Comparison: Northwest Business Formation Plan Vs Bizee Gold

  • Northwest's Business Formation Plan ($225 + state fees): When our company availed of the service, Venture Smarter learned that the plan includes preparation and filing of your formation documents, a free year of registered agent services, domain registration, website, and business and email address.
  • Bizee's Gold package ($199 + state fees): - This package includes everything in the silver plan plus an operating agreement, IRS form 2553, EIN, a banking resolution form, lifetime company alerts, a business bank account, and business tax consultation. 

3. Top-Level Plan: Bizee Platinum

  • Bizee's Platinum ($299 + state fees): It features everything in the Gold plan and is complemented by contract templates, domain name, business email setup, and expedited service. A client was pleased that the application was filed the next day.

Northwest offers a registered agent service package for $125 annually, which is complemented by same day scanning, instant notifications, Privacy by Default, business address, free domain, website, and business email and phone.

Bizee can act as your registered agent free for the first year and is renewable for $119 annually. The package features service of process, expert handling of documents, email and SMS notifications, automatic forwarding tool, and personalized dashboard.

Additional Services

Apart from the basic features included in the packages, Venture Smarter learned that Northwest Registered Agent and Bizee offer additional services necessary to manage and maintain a company.

1. Trademark Registration

A client of mine registered a trademark with Northwest for $249 plus USTPO fees. The package is complemented by attorney guidance and review, clearance check, and an office action response.

For $299, trademark attorneys from Bizee will perform a clearance check, prepare, and file the application in your behalf.

2. Annual Report Filing

With Northwest, you can avail of compliance filing service for $100 plus state fees. The company will draft the document and file the application in your behalf.

Bizee offers a similar service for $99 plus state fees, and the company will handle your annual report filing.

3. Virtual Office and Address

With Northwest, you can avail of a virtual office for $29 per month, which would provide your company with a physical office location with administrative services from their legal experts.

Bizee offers a virtual address package for $29 per month that includes a virtual mailbox but is only available in 48 states, and a mail scanning service for traditional letters, checks, and correspondence.

4. Business License Report

A client availed of Bizee's business licensing report for $99, and he received a comprehensive summary on which licenses and permits were needed to legally operate his company.

Unfortunately, Northwest does not offer this service.

5. DBA Registation

You can register a DBA name with Bizee for $99 plus states fees. The package includes location-specific branding, privacy, product flexibility, and a streamlined rebranding.

Unfortunately, Northwest does not offer a DBA registration service.
