When we availed of the plan, we were offered a business name search, filing of the articles of organization, operating agreement, record book, EIN, ownership certificate, tax consultation, website domain, and phone and online support.
- Bizee’s Gold ($199 + state fees): The package includes everything in the silver plan plus an EIN, operating agreement, lifetime company alerts, banking resolution, business bank account, tax consultation, online access dashboard, and IRS form 2553 [1]. It's noteworthy that, historically, over 60% of eligible small businesses opt for S corporation status within the first two years of operation to leverage potential tax benefits, according to industry analyses.
3. Top-Level Plan Comparison: Inc Authority Fast Track Bundle vs Bizee Platinum
- Inc Authority’s Fast Track Business Bundle - The plan includes everything that is in the Starter Bundle plus the Inc Success Advisor Package, access to a private banking specialist, personalized business advice, and expedited filings. When availing of their service, we called the company to determine the price since it differs depending on the state.
- Bizee’s Platinum ($299 + state fees): This package includes everything in the Gold plan plus business contract templates, expedited filing, and domain name and business email.
Registered Agent Service
According to the Venture Smarter review, both companies offer a free registered agent service for a year, which is included in their plans.
After that, Inc Authority charges $179 per year, while Bizee charges $119 annually for this service.

1. Trademark Registration
When utilizing Bizee's trademark registration service, priced at $199 plus state fees, we found the process straightforward and efficient, aligning with their promise of easing the trademark acquisition process.
Inc Authority has a Trademark Registration service that would apply and process a desired name for your business. The company would provide status reports and guidance throughout the process.

2. Business Financing
Inc Authority offers financing to qualified entrepreneurs – Business Credit and Business Funding.
In our experience, Inc Authority's claim of offering accessible business financing holds true. Their process for assessing eligibility and providing funding options was transparent and user-friendly.
Business Credit and Funding maximizes your rating, and grants loan access, and credit lines, as well as working capital.
Bizee does not offer business financing but features accounting and bookkeeping services.
3. DBA Registration
When we applied for a DBA name, Bizee handled the entire process in order for our LLC to rebrand the business and make the company distinct.
The fee will be determined based on the state that your business is operating in.
Inc Authority does not offer DBA registration, only Trademark.
4. Business License
The $99 business license research package from Bizee proved to be a valuable investment, offering comprehensive and accurate information as promised, based on our experience.
They will provide you with a summary of the necessary licenses and permits that your company may need in order to operate legally.
Inc Authority does not offer business licensing reports.
5. Annual Report
Bizee's annual report filing service, though variably priced by state, delivered on its promise of convenience, filing our report accurately and on time.
Inc Authority does not offer this service.
